Splinge™ Service Disruption: What Happened and What We’re Doing About It
Earlier today, Splinge™ experienced a large-scale outage. During that time, splinge.com and the white label ticketing system were unavailable. Everything is now back up and running.
To everyone affected: we’re sorry. If you’re an artist, venue, promoter, or fan, you rely on Splinge™ to be there when it matters, especially for live events. We fell short of that, and we know the disruption cost you time and caused real frustration.
What was affected
The white label ticketing system, including ticket sales and access for our partners’ events
Current status
All services have been restored and are operating normally. Orders and tickets that were purchased before the outage are safe and valid.
What you may need to do
If you tried to buy tickets during the outage and the purchase didn’t complete, please try again: you will not be charged twice.
If you were charged but didn’t receive your tickets, or you have any other issue, contact us at contact.splinge.com and we’ll resolve it quickly.
If you’re hosting an event on the white label platform and were affected, we’ll be reaching out to you directly. You can also contact us at contact.splinge.com
What happened and what’s next
The outage was caused by a lost IP address. We’re completing a full review of the incident and will add monitoring and improve redundancy.. We’ll share a summary of what we learn and the steps we’re taking to prevent a repeat.
Thank you for your patience, and for trusting us with your events and your music.
