Splinge, Inc. – Policy Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

1. Zero Tolerance Statement

Splinge, Inc. has a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We do not allow any content, user behavior, or interaction that exploits or endangers minors. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

  • Grooming, predatory behavior, or inappropriate communication with a minor

  • Solicitation of any sexual content involving a child

  • Sharing, requesting, or directing others to CSAE material, links, or resources

We actively cooperate with law enforcement and child safety organizations worldwide, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

2. Prohibited Content & Behavior

The following activities are strictly prohibited within the Splinge website (https://www.splinge.com) and the splinge platform apps, including Splinge Connect, Splinge Chat, or any extension of the apps at https://app.splinge.com:

Real, simulated, or drawn sexual acts involving minors; nude or partially nude images of minors in sexually suggestive contexts

Text & chat

Discussing sexual acts with a minor; sharing contact information to exchange CSAE; roleplay that sexualizes children

Grooming

Attempting to build an emotional relationship with a minor for sexual purposes, including gift offers, secret conversations, or moving conversations off-platform

Usernames / profiles

Any username, bio, or profile image that sexualizes minors or includes age-regression fetish content

3. Detection & Enforcement

We employ a combination of automated and manual measures to detect CSAE:

  • Hashing technology (e.g., PhotoDNA or similar) to scan uploaded images against known CSAE databases

  • Keyword and pattern detection in chat messages to identify grooming or solicitation attempts

  • Human content moderators trained on CSAE prevention and reporting procedures

  • User reporting mechanisms available within the app for users to flag suspicious content or behavior

Enforcement actions:

  • Immediate and permanent account termination

  • Removal of all associated content

  • Reporting of the incident to NCMEC’s CyberTipline and local law enforcement where legally required

  • Retention of relevant user data (subject to applicable law) for investigative purposes

4. User Reporting & Response

If you encounter any suspected CSAE content or behavior inside [Your App Name], report it using one of these methods:

  • In-app reporting: Use the “Report” button on any message, profile, or piece of content

  • Email: [your dedicated safety email address, e.g., safety@yourapp.com]

  • Emergency contact: If a child is in immediate danger, call your local police before contacting us.

We commit to reviewing all CSAE-related reports within 24 hours and taking appropriate action, including escalation to NCMEC.

5. External Reporting Resources

Users are also encouraged to report suspected CSAE directly to the relevant authorities:

  • United States: NCMEC CyberTipline – report.cybertip.org

  • International: Your local law enforcement or your country’s child protection hotline

6. Policy Updates

We may update this CSAE Policy as legal requirements or industry best practices evolve. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of [Your App Name] after changes constitutes acknowledgment of the updated policy.
